You do. Workspaces, artifacts, knowledge, and documentation live in your accounts. If you ever chose to end the engagement, the system stays with your company.
No. Client subscriptions are billed directly by the software vendors. ORDO's fees are for the work of designing, building, implementing, and improving the system around those subscriptions.
The assessment typically runs 2–3 weeks. An initial system build typically ships in 4–8 weeks depending on scope, integrations, and how quickly your team can review outputs.
You can continue with ongoing optimization — quarterly reviews, artifact refinement, new use cases, and support for new hires — or hand the system off to an internal AI owner with the documentation we produced.
The assessment is $750 one-time. An initial build starts at $4,000. Ongoing optimization is $2,000 per year or $200 per month. Larger or more complex engagements are priced custom.
